Materials & Technical Process

The process begins with artwork separation and the preparation of mesh screens, each corresponding to a colour layer in the design. Screens are coated with emulsion and exposed to create stencils, which define where ink will pass through onto the fabric.

Fabric is laid on long printing tables, and ink is pushed through the screen using squeegees, transferring the design onto the surface. Each colour layer is printed and cured individually, requiring precise alignment to maintain pattern clarity and consistency.
