Materials & Technical Process

The process begins by heating raw glass material in furnaces until it reaches a molten state. Artisans gather the glass on blowpipes and shape it using breath, gravity and hand tools, controlling thickness and form through repeated heating and forming.

Once shaped, pieces are slowly cooled in annealing chambers to stabilise the structure and prevent stress fractures.
